Employers need to get to know their employees very well and use different tactics to motivate each of them based on their personal wants and needs.

Employers must take care timely care of the incentives, they must recognize recognition the efforts of an employee, and self-motivation must be facilitated. An employee must feel connected to the organization, he/she must be given the positive environment to grow & excel in his designated tasks. For increasing efficiency and productivity employees must be analyzed and timely appraised. Having fun sessions & office trips can be equally fruitful; just some simple can set the right foundation for motivated employees.
